If you or a member of your family is looking for a new place to live that allows you to live independently while offering options such as meal delivery, access to a community and events, and a location near a hospital for peace of mind, consider the cottages at Leisure Homestead Association. The cottages are duplex-style dwellings that provide you with an independent housing solution. These units are located on the same property as our nursing home facility.

As a resident of the cottages, you can:

• Visit the main facility
• Order meals for delivery to your unit
• Participate in events at the nursing facility
• Stay independent and live as you choose

Care services are not included in our non-profit organization’s cottage living experience. If you eventually need to transition to our licensed, bonded, and insured nursing home facility, you’ll already be familiar with our people, offerings, and routine. Located next to Stafford County Hospital, you'll be close to medical care when or if you need it.

You can make new friends here and take part in social gatherings and planned activities.
